Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Wealthy Trader: the website, the video lessons, the quizzes, the community chat and the daily analysis. By creating an account you agree to them.

Education only

Everything in Wealthy Trader is general education about how markets work. It is not financial, investment or trading advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We don't know your situation and we never tell you what to do with your money. Every trade you take is your own decision and your own responsibility. Read the risk disclosure.

Your membership

  • Membership costs $49.99 per month, paid by card, PayPal or crypto. Your month starts when we confirm your payment.
  • Nothing renews by itself and we never charge you automatically. When your month ends, pay again to keep going. Your progress is kept.
  • Refunds follow our refund policy.
  • If the price ever changes, we'll tell you before your next payment.
  • Lessons unlock one per day, at midnight GMT+3, once you've finished the one before. Missing a day doesn't skip anything. A lesson that isn't published yet opens as soon as it is.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • One account per person. Don't share your login.
  • Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.

The content is for you only

The videos, scripts, quizzes and analysis are for your own learning. Don't copy, record, share, resell or republish them.

Community rules

  • Be respectful. No harassment, hate or threats.
  • No spam, advertising, referral links or selling anything, including signals or account management.
  • Don't ask other members for money, logins or personal details, and don't share your own.
  • Don't pretend to be the coach or staff.
  • Only post images you have the right to share.

The coach can delete messages, mute members or remove them from the chat. Anyone offering to manage your money or sell you signals in our name is a scammer. Please report them.

No guarantees

We teach a method; we don't promise results. Most people who trade lose money. Examples, past trades and backtests in the lessons are for teaching and don't predict future results.

Ending your access

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can close yours at any time by contacting us.

Liability

Wealthy Trader is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for trading losses or any indirect loss from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell members about important changes. These terms follow the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
