Privacy Policy

This page explains what Wealthy Trader keeps about you, why, and who else sees it. Short version: only what we need to run your membership, and we never sell it.

What we keep

  • Your account: your email, your display name and your time zone (so dates and times show in your local time). Your password is stored only as a secure hash by our login provider. We never see it.
  • Your progress: the lessons you finish, your quiz scores, XP, rank and streak.
  • What you post: your chat messages and any images you attach. Images are cleaned when you upload them, which removes hidden data such as the location a photo was taken.
  • Payments: you pay by card or PayPal through PayPal's secure checkout, or by crypto. We keep PayPal's payment ID or the transaction ID you send us, how you paid, when, and whether it was confirmed. Card numbers and PayPal logins go to PayPal only; we never see them.

What we use it for

To run your account, unlock your lessons, show your rank, run the community chat, confirm your membership payments, answer you when you contact us, and keep the chat safe from spam and scams.

Who sees it

  • Other members see your display name, your rank and what you post in the chat. Never your email.
  • The companies that run parts of the service for us: database and login, website and video hosting, and email. They only use your data to provide that service. PayPal and Binance handle the payments you make to us under their own privacy policies.
  • We don't sell your data, and there are no advertising trackers on the site.
  • We may share data if the law requires it.

Cookies

We only use the cookies that keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. Messages you delete are removed from the chat. Ask us to delete your account and we'll erase your data, except what we must keep by law, such as payment records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email us and we'll reply within 30 days.

Under 18s

Wealthy Trader is for adults only. We don't knowingly keep data about anyone under 18.
