Refunds & cancelling

Nothing renews by itself

Your membership is $49.99 per month, paid by card, PayPal or crypto. We never charge you automatically. When your month ends, your access pauses until you pay again, so to cancel, simply don't pay for the next month. Your progress is kept.

Refunds

Lessons, the community and the daily analysis open as soon as we confirm your payment, so payments for a month that has started aren't refunded.

We will always refund you if:

• you paid twice for the same month, or
• a problem on our side stopped you using the course.

Email us within 14 days of the payment with your transaction ID and we'll sort it out. Refunds go back the same way you paid. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the law.
